Patient Satisfactory Survey
Recently CCA conducted a Patient Satisfaction Survey for the period of July 2015 – December 2015 where patients were required to provide feedback on the centre. Below is an extract of feedback received from Southside Cancer Care Centre relating to;
~ The Centre’s location, design and safety.
~ The service, waiting time, administrative staff, nurses, food / drink and privacy.

26 patients were surveyed with the following responses in their own words:
~ Location excellent
~ Best views and spoilt
~ Centre is open, airy and has an inviting feel to it
~ I felt safe and spoilt
~ Nurses are very special girls
~ Staff extremely helpful, pleasant and professional
~ Education sessions are very educational and professional
~ Currently think staff have gone above and beyond, extremely happy with services and facilities
